Project Spotlight: Sea Breeze by Josh Wynne Construction
2018 AIA Gulf Coast “Builder of the Year” honoree, Josh Wynne Construction, used The Modern Fan Co. Torsion ceiling fan generously in covered outdoor areas of this beautiful, award-winning residence. The fans help to neutralize the coastal humidity and coordinate perfectly with the home’s exterior materials and finishing.
When reflecting on his selection of fans, Josh Wynne explained that, “The Torsion fan was an obvious choice for this project. The intent was to create a home that bridged a gap between traditional homes and contemporary homes. It is my opinion that the Torsion fills that same gap in the fan industry.”
